Q. What can I do if the library does not have access to a book or an article?
Request the Resource by Using the Interlibrary Loan Service
If the full text of an article does not appear in the PGCC's library databases, you may request the article that we don't have by filling out an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request
Similarly, if a book is not available, you may request the book by this service. Interlibrary loan is a regular, free service we offer to all our patrons. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) can not be used for textbooks.
